Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on apexglobalshop.co, operated by Custom Logic Solutions LLC (3090 Helmsdale Pl, Lexington, KY 40509). For shipping questions, email mailto:custom@apexglobalshop.co.

 

1. General Info

We mainly serve European customers but accept global orders. All transactions are in Euros (EUR). We ship Japanese kitchen supplies like knives, cookware, and tableware. Fragile items like ceramic donabe pots are carefully packed.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed in 1 - 3 business days (Mon - Fri, excluding US public holidays in California). During peak times, it may take up to 5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking info when shipped.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We partner with major carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and national postal services. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

Europe (EU & EFTA): 3 - 7 business days (standard); 1 - 3 business days (express)

UK: 4 - 8 business days (customs may delay)

US & Canada: 5 - 10 business days

Rest of World: 7 - 14 business days (varies by local postal and customs)

These are estimates, not guarantees. It isn't liable for delays from customs, weather, etc.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method. General structure (subject to change):

 

Europe Standard: From €5.90 (<0.5 kg); free on orders over €60

Europe Express: From €14.90

International Standard: From €11.90; express rates at checkout

Exact fees show in cart before purchase. All prices in EUR.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders outside the EU may face import duties, taxes, and customs fees, paid by the customer. It can't predict or control these charges. Customs policies vary; contact local office for info.

 

We don't collect VAT/GST for non - EU orders. For EU customers, VAT is included as per EU rules. No US sales tax as our entity is in the US.

 

6. Address Accuracy

Provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you for reshipment (additional charges apply). Email us immediately if you spot an error after ordering; we can't change the address once handed to the carrier.

 

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Lost in transit: Notify us within 14 days of estimated delivery. We'll file a claim and refund or replace (subject to availability).

Damaged on arrival: Take photos of the box and damaged items before opening. Contact us within 48 hours with order number and photos. We'll offer a replacement or refund.

Stolen after delivery: It isn't responsible. Use a secure delivery location if possible.

8. Undeliverable & Refused Deliveries

If a package is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts or unjustified refusal, you'll pay original and return shipping costs. We may deduct these from any refund.

 

9. Shipping Restrictions

We don't ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or other sanctioned areas (list may change). Some countries may ban certain kitchen knives. Verify import legality before ordering. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us to confirm shipping.

 

10. Business Days & Holidays

We operate on US Pacific Time. Major holidays include New Year's Day, Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Local holidays in your country may delay delivery even if we ship on time.

 

11. Order Tracking

You'll get an automated email with a tracking number and link when your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If you don't get the email within 5 business days, check spam or contact us.

 

12. Fragile Items Handling

Ceramics, porcelain, and glass are marked fragile. We use double - wall boxes, bubble wrap, and fragile stickers. If a fragile item arrives damaged, follow the damaged package procedure in Section 7. We may ask for more photos for insurance claims.

 

13. Policy Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised policy.
